Instant Whey Protein Isolate, Fructose, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Xantham Gum and Sucralose.
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Mix vigorously with 4 oz. of cold or warm (not to exceed 130) liquid of your choice. If mixed in a hot liquid all whey based products will clump. This product may be mixed in preparation of other solid food products such as oatmeal, potatoes, grits, etc. Consider the flavors for best results.
